A serendipitous gathering of flowers in Abruzzo.
I collected these flowers on a day when the sun was dry, hot, and I was feeling the most anticipation I may have ever felt. The wind blew over dusty, blue mountains and through a beautiful field of purple, yellow, and green; and now all I have to remember it by is this little ribboned bundle of dried up beauties. It was the happiest, quietest, most serendipitous of moments. I know I knew it then, too.
lovely. i think days like that are the days that remind me how i fell in love with the world
