first snowfall

the first snowfall of the year is so glorious. so white, so picturesque.

it inspires me and makes me want to paint, snap pictures, and capture all of the beauty!

as i type this, it is a wintry wonderland outside. all white.

twigs are coated in slim bands of white, our lights are enveloped in a bright haze of snow.

i think it's sticking, too :)

crossing my fingers for a snow-day tomorrow…
